Practice Manager
Location: Greater Cleveland (Onsite)
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee operations for a growing medical practice in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving both patient experience and operational efficiency.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance, and an excellent patient experience. This individual will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to drive operational success and maintain high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and front/back office coordination
Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff
Manage staffing schedules, hiring, onboarding, and team development
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
Monitor practice performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee billing processes and collaborate with revenue cycle teams
Maintain strong patient satisfaction and service standards
Support physicians and leadership with operational planning and execution
Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare practice management or medical office leadership experience
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient workflow
Experience managing staff in a clinical or medical office environment
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and medical billing processes preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience
Experience in a specialty or multi-provider practice environment
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Healthcare administration or business management education preferred
