Nmble Medical is partnering with a thriving pediatric dental office in Anderson, IN to find a hands-on clinical leader who’s passionate about creating positive, stress-free experiences for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Supervise and support dental assistants, hygienists, and clinical staff
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA regulations
Monitor workflow efficiency and patient scheduling coordination
Provide chairside assistance as needed
Team Development
Assist in onboarding and training new clinical team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
Foster a positive, collaborative, and child-centered culture
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with state dental board regulations and HIPAA standards
Maintain clinical supply inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
Support implementation of best practices and quality improvement initiatives
Patient Experience
Promote a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for pediatric patients and families
Address clinical concerns or parent questions professionally and promptly
Support behavior management techniques appropriate for children
Qualifications
Active radiographic certification (or ability to obtain)
3+ years of clinical dental experience (pediatric experience preferred)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and behavior guidance techniques
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
