Medical Assistant (MA)

Nmble Medical Hiring Solutions is partnering with leading healthcare organizations across the Charlotte metro area seeking compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Medical Assistants / Front Office Support professionals to join fast-paced clinical environments.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy both patient interaction and administrative support responsibilities while contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient clinical operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic healthcare settings and possess strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support Responsibilities
Room and prepare patients for provider visits
Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information
Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care support
Administer injections, immunizations, EKGs, and specimen collection as applicable
Maintain accurate patient records within EMR/EHR systems
Support patient flow and ensure exam rooms are stocked and prepared
Front Office & Administrative Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient check-in/check-out processes
Verify insurance information and obtain necessary documentation
Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
Process referrals, prior authorizations, and patient communications
Support administrative workflows to maintain efficient daily operations
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer service setting
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Professional, patient-centered attitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Phlebotomy, injections, or clinical support experience
Knowledge of insurance verification and scheduling processes
