Manager, Executive Coaching & Leadership Development

Nmble Medical is partnering with a leading hospital system to hire a Manager, Executive Coaching & Leadership Development. This role serves as a strategic HR and leadership advisor, working directly with hospital executives and frontline leaders to strengthen leadership capability, drive engagement, and support organizational transformation.
Blending executive coaching, HR partnership, and organizational development, this position plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives in a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Coaching & Leadership Advisory
Provide 1:1 coaching and guidance to executives, frontline leaders, and high-potential talent
Advise leaders on:
Performance management
Career development
Change leadership and organizational impact
Act as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership, maintaining strong relationships and open communication
Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness
Lead and support leadership development initiatives, including training, workshops, and team alignment sessions
Partner with leadership to execute strategies related to:
Talent and leadership development
Employee engagement
Organizational effectiveness
Coach leaders through change management processes, ensuring sustainable results
Strategic HR Partnership
Translate business needs into HR strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, forecasting talent needs and building pipelines
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services to:
Drive talent acquisition strategies
Support onboarding and new hire experience
Align compensation strategies with market data
Employee Experience & Engagement
Lead execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives
Support and implement employee wellness programs
Manage communication strategies and employee events to strengthen culture
Compliance & Policy Leadership
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
Conduct audits, review documentation, and support responses to regulatory inquiries
Provide guidance on policy interpretation and consistent application across leadership teams
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Monitor workforce data and analyze HR metrics to identify trends
Prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights
Recommend strategies to improve workforce outcomes and business performance
Change Leadership
Serve as a change agent, influencing and gaining alignment across multiple levels
Lead and support change management initiatives tied to strategic priorities
Guide leaders through complex organizational transitions
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
5+ years of experience in:
Human resources, organizational development, or leadership consulting
Executive coaching or leadership advisory
Strong working knowledge of:
Employee relations
Performance management
Compensation
HR analytics and employee engagement
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and executives
Preferred
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field
Healthcare or hospital system experience
HR certifications such as:
PHR, SPHR
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
sHRBP or HRBP
