Clinical IT Support Specialist
Location: Greater Indianapolis (On-site)
Nmble Medical is seeking a Clinical IT Support Specialist to join our partnering organization’s team in the Greater Indianapolis area. In this role, you’ll provide frontline support for clinical staff, ensuring that desktops, applications, and EHR systems run smoothly so healthcare providers can focus on patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide desktop and end-user support (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
Troubleshoot and support clinical applications & EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and deployments.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and IT policies.
Support clinical device setups (mobile carts, barcode scanners, monitors).
Collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
2+ years of IT support experience (healthcare preferred).
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Indianapolis area.
Bonus Skills: CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft certifications, or prior clinical IT experience.
