Director of Client Success

Location: Remote

Nmble Medical is seeking a Director of Client Success to serve as the primary liaison for one of our partnering healthcare companies. This role is key to ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive impact and align with client goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the partnering healthcare company.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and consistent support.

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and adoption of services and solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partnership.

  • Track and report on client performance metrics, ensuring alignment with goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Strategy) to resolve client needs.

  • Proactively address challenges and anticipate client needs to ensure success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role (healthcare industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance tracking.

  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
