Director of Client Success
Location: Remote
Nmble Medical is seeking a Director of Client Success to serve as the primary liaison for one of our partnering healthcare companies. This role is key to ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive impact and align with client goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the partnering healthcare company.
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and consistent support.
Oversee onboarding, training, and adoption of services and solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partnership.
Track and report on client performance metrics, ensuring alignment with goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Strategy) to resolve client needs.
Proactively address challenges and anticipate client needs to ensure success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role (healthcare industry experience strongly preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance tracking.
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative partnerships.
Willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
