Director of Operations

Nmble Medical is partnering with a leading healthcare practice in the Indianapolis Greater Area to find an experienced Director of Operations. This is a unique opportunity for a proven healthcare operations leader to oversee staff, enhance service lines, and drive program development for a growing organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional patient experience.
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Monitor and improve customer service processes to maintain high patient satisfaction.
Oversee and expand service lines, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Direct program development initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the practice’s strategic goals.
Analyze operational performance metrics, implement process improvements, and manage budgets effectively.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in medical practice operations, with a proven track record of growth and process improvement.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in customer service optimization and program/service line expansion.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
