Physical Therapist

Location: Greater West Lafayette, IN
Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a well-established and rehabilitation organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in West Lafayette, IN area.
This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands-on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, self-care, and ongoing wellness practices.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) or compact license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to patient care, professional growth, and teamwork.
Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
