About the Role
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing network of Nmble-partnered practices across the Indianapolis area. This contracted role is ideal for a nurse who’s passionate about patient care, enjoys variety, and is looking to pick up extra shifts or expand their clinical experience across multiple practice settings.
You’ll support a range of outpatient and specialty practices, ensuring patients receive high-quality, compassionate care — no matter which location you’re at.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered care aligned with clinical standards set by physicians
Assist providers during exams, procedures, and follow-ups
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
Document all care accurately and efficiently in the HER
Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
Support practice operations and patient flow as part of an interdisciplinary team
Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Travel between practice locations to provide coverage where needed
Qualifications
Active Indiana RN license (in good standing)
CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients
1+ year of clinical nursing experience (outpatient or primary care preferred)
Strong adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the Indianapolis area
